Today Club Penguin updated their Newspaper. Now you can view the 313rd edition of the Times Issue series.
In this paper it explains that, Gary The Gadget Guy is waddling around Club Penguin giving away his backgrounds as you read this post!

It also says that Aunt Artic will be arriving to the Anniversary party on the 24th of October 2011.
