The Director has recently sent a new EPF message to all agents on their spy phones.  In message the Director sent you, he’s informing us that Herbert has escaped from his cage. Take a look.

It reads,

All reports confirm that Herbert has vanished without a trace.  We belive he will lie low for the time being.  G has your orders.
