Ok, so my friends says she was on an airplane and she threw up into the toilet. So she flushed it. She said it came out of the plane and it probably hit someone's car. Is this true?

No I'm not. Cars cant fly, so if she was up in the sky in an airplane flying, and cars cant fly, then she didn't touch a car.

No, your vomit/urine etc doesn't get ejected from a flying plane. Otherwise, most people's houses would be dirty and buildings would have dents from getting hit from projectiles. They store it in the plane and when you land, they get rid of all the trash & stock up for another flight.
