I think everyone has to either get all the penguins off the metal in the rooftop or backstage of casa fiesta on certain servers.IDK.......Also the penguin band is at the iceberg on all servers or mabe backstage again at certain times and at the iceberg you can't get the autograph backround from them at the iceberg...
