go to CP Cheatsand go to the penguin storm section download it and double click it to extract all then it will turn into a storm cloud when you run it log in go to any server and go to edit section at the top then go down to walks then walk on walls[note:when you change rooms it will disable so you will have to go to edit again ect.]
