Penguin Chat 3 Might Come Back?

Hey guys, I emailed CP and asked them to bring Penguin Chat 3 back...they replied about 2 days later and said,

"Hey penguin, Thanks for emailing Club Penguin. We're sorry, but Penguin Chat has been closed for some time. But I will pass your notice in the next big meeting."

Though they said it's closed, there could be a possibility that PC3 can come back for a short time.
