To become a Moderator on Club Penguin you would have to work for them. Work for them as in your job at one of their facilities. Usually Moderators do not give out their identities unless they would post on the blog. If you think about the current moderators for Club Penguin you would notice all of them post on the Club Penguin Blog. I am not aware of the new mod 'Darxun'. If you can please provide proof of 'Darxun' being a mod I would appretiate it.
