Is it okay to post cheats like bot makers? I don't think there are actually illegal...I have searched for ways to make Club Penguin bots, but I have not found any that actually work. Does anyone know how?

have you played "icp" club penguin's older people server? well if you have then you know that guy that stand everywhere you go well hes a bot

You can post any bot makers or trainers. However, be sure to check if they are LEGAL before posting them. It is a rule that you can not post anything that is illegal. I would suggest not posting anything that has legal agreements with Club Penguin. And all bot makers and trainers do not have legal agreements with Club Penguin. As long as they are in general legal, you will be allowed to post them.

Actually none of those programs are legal if you actually read the T&C's. There is to be no packet-spamming, and cheating of any kind in Club Penguin. Which is basically a summary of like 4 paragraphs written on it. But you can't have a cheat site without it being illegal. Plus it doesn't even matter, it's not like Disney is going to track down every single user of the cheating/hacking program and sue them xD.
