Sensei visits all servers on a random basis just like the majority of the penguins owned and operated by club penguin

Sensei goes on random servers. BUT you could find him in a certain room. Like if the occasion is Water Jutsu. You will most likely find him in the Dojo. Or the Water Jitsu Room

The Water Jitsu room is not here yet. But there is a Fire Jitsu Room. But going into that room requires you to be a member and a black belt.

I'm assuming they'll add both a snow jitsu and water jitsu room in the next couple months.
