    I turned on my PS3 and a message popped up saying "the hard disk's file system is corrupted and will be restored". I clicked OK and when it was done it popped up again, I went to the recovery screen. After doing option 1, (restart system) the message popped up again! I did option 3 which is restoring file systems, but nothing worked. If you can help, do I need a new hard drive or a new system? Is there some way I can keep my Game data and PSN data? (I dont care for music, pictures, or videos) Or is all my data gone?

    never mind. Wiped out my hard drive and its now working! Lost all my data!
