Go to the smily face on the top of the 3ds menu it hould say friends list and go to your mii and it will say your friend code

I know. I can't do it because I can't connect to the internet on my 3DS. I'm currently visiting Egypt. I'm currently using a stick to access the internet. I'm going to get wireless internet when I move into my new home. It's currently being built. So how could I add you when I get the internet?
